To play this game, you must have 2 scooters (if you run fast, that works too). Grab a flash light, and if you catch the other person in the light for 5 seconds, they are the cop. If this is during day time, same thing, but if they are in front of you, then they are the cop.
Other Rules: If you are turning and they are not, that doesn't count.
If they are turning and you are not,
then it counts.
